IslamSwipe ("the App") is an Islamic content and spiritual tracking application available on iOS via the Apple App Store. The App provides Quranic verses, hadith, duas, dhikr counters, Islamic history, scholarly wisdom, and curated collections. IslamSwipe also operates an invite-only Creator Programme that allows approved individuals to upload and share Islamic content with their followers.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use IslamSwipe. You must have an Apple ID to sign in; guest mode is also available. Users under 18 should use the App with parental guidance. By using the App, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Apple. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Only one account per user is permitted.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, profile information, activity history, uploaded content, comments, follower relationships, and preferences will be permanently removed from our servers. Local data on your device can be cleared separately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
IslamSwipe provides Islamic educational content including Quranic verses, hadith, duas, dhikr, Islamic history, and wisdom from scholars. All religious content is sourced from authentic Islamic texts and scholarly works.
Quran Audio. Quran audio recitations are streamed from Quran.com (verses.quran.com). When you play Quran audio, your device connects directly to their servers. We do not guarantee the availability of third-party content sources.
Content Accuracy Disclaimer. While we strive for accuracy, the App is intended as a supplementary educational tool. It should not replace formal Islamic education or scholarly guidance. For religious rulings and jurisprudence, please consult qualified Islamic scholars. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content, whether system-curated or creator-submitted.
IslamSwipe operates an invite-only Creator Programme that allows approved individuals to upload and share Islamic content within the App.
Eligibility. Creator status is granted at our sole discretion on an invite-only basis. There is no public application process. We may revoke creator status at any time without notice.
Content Ownership. Creators retain ownership of the original content they upload. By uploading content, you grant IslamSwipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and in connection with marketing the App.
Content Standards. All creator content must be Islamic in nature and adhere to our content guidelines. Content must not contain: hate speech, violence, misinformation, inappropriate imagery, content that contradicts established Islamic teachings, copyrighted material you do not own, or any content that violates applicable laws.
Moderation. New creators' posts are placed in a review queue and must be approved before becoming visible to followers. Once a creator demonstrates consistent quality, they may be granted auto-publish privileges at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or restrict any content at any time without prior notice.
Visibility. Creator posts are visible only to users who follow the creator. Creator content does not appear in the main public feed. Creators can see their posts and their approval status in the My Posts section.
Termination. We may revoke creator status, auto-publish privileges, or remove content at any time at our sole discretion. Upon revocation, previously published content may be removed from the App.
Users may create content through the App, including comments, profile information, custom dhikr entries, and (for approved creators) video posts.
Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must not violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material. You must not circumvent content moderation or approval processes, or falsely claim creator status.
Our Rights. We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to ensure compliance with these terms.
Licence. By posting content, you grant IslamSwipe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.
Users can report content or other users that violate these terms or community standards using the in-app reporting feature. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken, which may include content removal or account suspension. You may also block other users, which prevents them from interacting with your content. Abuse of the reporting system (including false or malicious reports) may result in action against your account, up to and including suspension.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by IslamSwipe and protected by intellectual property laws. Quranic text and hadith are part of the Islamic public heritage. Original translations, descriptions, card designs, and app features remain our intellectual property.
Creator-uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective creator, subject to the licence granted to IslamSwipe under Section 6. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use creator content outside the App without the creator's explicit permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THIS DISCLAIMER EXTENDS TO ALL CONTENT WITHIN THE APP, INCLUDING SYSTEM-CURATED CONTENT AND CREATOR-SUBMITTED CONTENT. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY CREATOR CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAMSWIPE AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM CREATOR CONTENT, CREATOR CONDUCT, INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IslamSwipe and its developers, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App, including uploaded creator content; or (e) your conduct in connection with the App.
These terms are between you and IslamSwipe only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. In the event of a failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
